With the assistance of his mentors, Johnny began his real estate career in 2018 as a Realtor with Keller Williams and started his first construction company, Empire Builders.

As a realtor, his knowledge of the industry and network of contacts contribute significantly to the success of his current real estate development projects. His expertise in the local market enabled him to identify potential development opportunities, conduct market research, tactically negotiate, and efficiently manage transactions between the buyer and seller. He then retired from this role as his construction business expanded.

As a licensed builder, Johnny has in-depth insights into the residential and commercial construction processes, knowledge of building codes and regulations, project timeline management, and an understanding of cost estimation for development projects. These skills help him streamline the development process, make informed decisions, manage construction projects more effectively, and ultimately deliver more profitability. Additionally, he’s established credibility with contractors, architects, and other professionals in the real estate industry, facilitating smoother collaborations and partnerships.
